- Slight variations in handwork, embroidery, or prints are a mark of authentic craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.
- Pricing & Order Processing
- All prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If your payment has already been processed for such an order, we will issue a full refund immediately and notify you.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We rely on trusted courier partners to deliver your orders across India. While we strive to meet standard delivery timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, or logistical strikes).
- If a package is returned to us or delayed because the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, any additional cost for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
