- Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellation is not available once the order is successfully placed.
- Our team starts processing your order immediately to ensure fast dispatch, so cancellation becomes difficult after confirmation.
- If you have made a mistake while ordering, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible, and we will try our best to assist, though cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
- Return Eligibility & Conditions
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all tags, labels, and packaging completely intact.
- Products that are damaged, worn, or missing tags will not qualify for a return.
- Stitched items, customized pieces, and sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Defective, Damaged, or Missing Products If you receive a product in a damaged or defective condition, or if an item is missing, please follow these strict steps within 24 hours of delivery to process your claim:
- A 360-degree unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel to fully showing the product) is mandatory.
- Any defects or damages must be clearly visible and highlighted with zoom in the video.
- The video must also clearly show the original labels, tags, and intact packaging box.
- Any signs of tampering, incomplete evidence, or unclear videos may lead to claim rejection.
- How to Initiate a Return
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email within 1 day of receiving your delivery.
- Step 2: Provide your order number and the exact reason for the return.
- Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product, it goes through a thorough quality inspection.
- If the product passes inspection, we will initiate a direct refund to your bank account or original payment method within a few working days.
- Shipping and return pickup charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the final refund amount.
