At Dass Collections, we are committed to delivering your elegant ethnic wear safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping process below to know what to expect when you place an order.
- Delivery Locations
- Currently, we deliver across all major pin codes within India.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Ghaziabad location within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking details.
- Shipping Timelines
- Standard delivery takes between 7 to 10 days from the time your order is confirmed.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we strive to deliver on time, slight delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, regional festivals, or logistical strikes.
- Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Shipping Costs: Because we ship across India, our shipping rates vary. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery pin code.
- Cash on Delivery: We strive to offer COD wherever possible. However, the availability of COD depends entirely on the serviceability of our courier partners in your specific area. If COD is available for your pin code, the option will appear on the payment page during checkout.
- Courier Partners & Tracking
- We fulfill our deliveries using a network of premium, trusted third-party courier services to ensure your sarees, suits, and kurtis reach you securely.
- Once your order leaves our store, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor the real-time status of your package until it reaches your doorstep.
- Incorrect Addresses & Modifications
- Please ensure your complete delivery address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete details.
- If you realize you made a mistake with your address, please notify us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing the order (before the item is dispatched). We cannot change the shipping address once the package has left our facility.
- Delivery Issues
- If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours. We will immediately raise a dispute with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
